Refund policy

Flower Returns
While flowers are a perishable product, our arrangements and bouquets should last at least 7 days. Your arrangement may include fragile flowers that might only last 3 to 5 days.

To maximize flower life, change the water in your bouquet every 2 days, add flower food and trim the stems. Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and avoid extreme heat or cold. If your flowers start to wilt before they should, call us right away! We will happily replace your arrangement within 5 days of delivery, but the original arrangement must be returned to us for replacement.

Returns and refunds are not be available for any custom work, such as funeral, event or wedding florals. All flowers are specially purchased and priced according to market value for that event. As such, price adjustments and refunds will not be offered.

Gift Item Returns
Merchandise can be returned for a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Merchandise can be returned for merchandise credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.  

Sale merchandise cannot be returned. 

Merchandise must be returned to our location for refund. If merchandise needs to be shipped back for return or exchange, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at blushbouquetsboston @ gmail.com and send your item to: Blush Bouquets, 20 Front Street, Ashland MA 01721.
