Delivery & Return Policies
Our drivers will attempt to deliver all flower orders. If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, and there is no safe location to leave the flowers, our drivers will leave a "Sorry we missed you" tag indicating that the recipient needs to call to reschedule a delivery. If we are not provided with a working phone number for the recipient, or do not hear back, we will try to redeliver one more time (total of two delivery attempts). Following a second missed delivery attempt, the recipient will be required to pick up their order.
